Texas Appeals Court Upholds Injunction on Hemp-Derived Delta-8

Yesterday, the Texas Court of Appeals for the 3rd District stated that the DSHS did not adhere to the correct procedures and lacked the authority to prohibit delta-8 by including it in the controlled substances list.
